Indeed this is an amazing piece of work and imagination. Combining stealth fighters' typical technology aspects from today (angles , shapes and colors) and variations due to general technology improvement in the, let's be large, 100 next years. The nose, the shapes of the wings and flaps, and the lines variations on what would be straight lines of a F-22 are just awesome : it looks fully credible in a near future environnement, where bio-memetic improvements and organic-like shapes have modified even the look of our technology.
In fact, it is cool to think of the plane as an manned or unmanned fighter (holy cr^p, imagine how it would be to pilot such good looking aircraft ). Yes, it looks more like an unmanned one, due to scale and the fact that drone type aircrafts are going to widespread on the battlefield in the next decades. But we can think of a cockpit inside the strucure, filled with special compression liquids to maintain the pilot's integrity during flight, a state of the art suit and a high-end helmet that displays AR.
I particularly like the flaps on the front edge of the wings. I'm not an engineer, but imagine the aircraft's mobility improvements and possibles in dog fight. From 0° to 90° at close-combat speeds in what, 0.752 seconds ? Even the best of you're auto-aiming technology and sensors would have difficulties to land a missile on it
I would like to take a look at the engines outputs, which make me think of a multi-directionnal vectoried thrust nozzles. I see the fine ajusting movements of the angular parts composing the end of the nozzles when flying or taking off, dragon breathing high temperature plasma and gas for propulsion and orienting like organic parts of the plane.
Think of the look of the smartphone you'll have when this kind of aircrafts will be the major (or not) component of armies. Even your toaster would look badass with such a design ^^
Sorry for the long post. Your drawing speaks largely enough for itself, but I would love to read the Vulture's development history, tech specifications and weapons/sensors/various techs loadoud.
I can not begin to tell you how much I love this design. I've always been toying with the idea of a jet in this style with a wedged nose. I'm going to assume that this one's UAV core opperated or something?
Hello. I'd like to use this wonderful image in a roleplay forum I participate in. When I say use, it will be public reference material residing in one place only, so that I can save time and embarrassment in its description during the roleplay. This image will not be distributed or commercialised in any way. I will of course link both this original image and your channel. Do I have your permission?
Have been pondering where this plane would take off from. I love the idea that there may be airborne aircraft carriers that would launch a squadron of these, and of course, typical ground based airstrips. But for some reason, I don't like the idea of these 'on the ground', per se. Rather, given their names, they might launch from cliff top/mountain top hangers, find their altitude to soar (those leading edge surfaces on the wings look extendable to increase lift), then go into power dives when they spot their 'prey'.
Always love thinking about your incredible creations!
